Bingle Vet

 

At Bingle Vet, I worked in coordination with the Hospital Administrator / CEO of the organization to deliver on marketing objectives, including creating a marketing plan and presenting regular marketing reports on deliverables and analytics.

During my time with the organization, I handled:

  • Event Planning for Bingle Vet Katy’s Grand Opening
  • Handled all social media, which included developing and maintaining a coordinated online presence across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, in addition to email marketing
  • Networked and built up a group of strategic alliances.
  • Graphic design, including the creation of two new logos: one for Bingle Vet Equine, which was a side project for the head veterinarian and the 10-Minute Guarantee, which was their unique value proposition at the time.
  • I designed a brand new website on the WordPress platform and maintained it for over a year.  Much of my original concept still exists but this website has been updated since then.
  • We regularly engaged in printed media, including one-page flyers, quarterly direct mail campaigns, in-room items that were printed and switched out monthly, and connected with local area and pet-centric publications for ad campaigns. This included branded “We Miss You” campaigns, as well as Client Reminders.
  • Liaised with local reporters to build earned media campaigns and local community organizations for charitable efforts.
  • Worked to effectively deescalate client issues.
